RV Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef, turkey, or your preferred protein
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)
- Diced onions
- Chopped cilantro
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
- Sour cream
- Salsa or pico de gallo
- Lime wedges
- Any other taco toppings you enjoy
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or protein until fully browned and cooked through.
- Drain any excess fat and add the taco seasoning to the meat, following the package instructions or your own homemade seasoning blend. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
- Warm your taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions or your preference.
- Set up a taco station with all the toppings, allowing everyone to customize their tacos to their liking.
- To assemble your RV tacos, start with a spoonful of the cooked protein in each taco shell.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced onions, chopped cilantro, and any other desired toppings.
- Drizzle with sour cream, salsa, or pico de gallo.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the toppings for an extra burst of flavor.
